We accept returns of unopened products in original packaging within 60 days after the date of purchase. Toys, Opened or used products, or any items marked as “final sale” are not within our return guidelines.

With Tuzikshop 60-day web return policy. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same, new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is the result of an error made on our part we will cover the cost of shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a product defect or shipping error.

- You can return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Please contact a Customer Service Agent to confirm your return.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for a full refund.
- Defective/damaged products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. Anything beyond 60 days of the purchase date will be handled under a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, please proceed with placing a new order. Placing the new order right away will ensure that you’ll get your item(s) quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock. A full refund will be issued once your returned product is received and processed. So long as the item is in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centre (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.

Warranty Policy
AFTER 60 DAYS (MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES)
If a product proves to be defective after 60 days of the shipment date, Tuzikshop will act as a facilitator for the manufacturer’s warranty. You may deal directly with the manufacturer if you wish; however, Tuzikshop is willing to speak on your behalf and follow up with the manufacturer in order to ensure that your warranty is processed in a timely manner.
Manufacturer warranties are established by individual manufacturers and Tuzikshop will follow their protocols. Tuzikshop is not responsible for shipping costs, replacement equipment, or any inconveniences related to manufacturer warranties. As facilitator, Tuzikshop will represent you, the customer, to our manufacturers.
